Our house is situated in one of the most panoramic and sunny places of Leutasch.

Is the place of ideal departure for your walks and summer excursions.

In the summer, the tourist can discover around 450 kms of paths. 

In winter the footstep of ski leading is found before the house.The footstep leading, long 240 Kms, are daily traced, to technical Skating and classical.

To reason our region has been defined the more "great center of ski leading of the Alps". Leutasch offers, for the one who doesn't practise the winter sports, 95Km of paths cleaned by the snow, in him "angles" more beautiful and sunnier than the country.    

All the apartments have the balcony to south, the television SAT and a complete kitchen of all the appliances (Microwave ovens, immersion Blender, car for the coffee, Egg boiler, Multi Grill Toaster, Boiler for water and Juicer). 

In the bath a warm bathrobe is found (instead also for the smallest) and the Hairdryers.

Besides the house offers all of this that is necessary to welcome to the best your babies since the first months of life. 

In the house they are found, in free use, the bicycles type Mountain-bike and in winter it is possible to systematize your skis in the skiraum.

In the summer the entrance to the swimming pool of Leutasch it is free. 

On application you can have every morning the fresh bread before the door of your apartment. 

Considered the presence of children, inside the house it is not possible to smoke.
